Cancellation Policy

By signing up to Northern Polyphonic Artpop Choir you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions: PAYMENT Fees are paid by the term. Payment is made via online payment booking links or in person by cash. Term fees are adjusted if members sign-up after week 2 (mid term entry). We do not offer casual single entry passes. We do offer instalment plans. For this, please email the Musical Director and propose a payment plan that works for you. All instalment payments must be made before week 10. If a choir member on an instalment plan leaves during the term, they should notify the director ASAP so that their payment plan can be finalised. CANCELLATION There is a ‘14 day cooling off period’ from the date the term booking has been made. If a member decides to cancel their term booking within this 14 day cooling off period and before any rehearsals have taken place, they are eligible to receive a full refund. Northern Polyphonic must be informed of decisions to cancel by email before the 14 day cooling off period ends. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be made via direct transfer back to the choir member’s account. Unfortunately, cancellations after the 14 day cooling off period cannot be refunded, however fees can be transferred to the next term. There are no refunds for missed rehearsals and absences are factored into the term and running costs. Choir members who wish to leave the choir term at any stage should email the Musical Director at: northernpolyphonic@gmail.com as soon as possible. CANCELLATION BY NORTHERN POLYPHONIC If the Musical Director needs to cancel a session, a minimum of 24 hours notice will be given where possible and the session will be rescheduled. If there is a personal emergency and Northern Polyphonic needs to cancel the term after the term has begun (mid-term), partial refunds for the remaining sessions will be given to members. COVID 19 & SICKNESS If you have any symptoms of Covid-19 or another infectious respiratory illness, please do not attend rehearsal until you have tested negative for Covid-19 or until symptoms of other respiratory illnesses have eased.
